Electrostatic Powder coating
Durable, visually high-quality coatings for demanding metal components. Available in all RAL colours, with variable gloss levels and textures — solvent-free.
- 40-250 µm layer thickness as required
- All RAL colours Gloss, Matte, Textures, Metallic
- Shock and scratch-resistant high mechanical strength
Puder, das sich wie ein Magnet attracts.
In electrostatic powder coating, the powder is electrically charged and applied to the earthed component. The resulting attraction draws the coating evenly onto every surface – including corners and edges.
We use the corona or tribo process in a fully automatic quick-change powder booth. The overspray is recovered — saving raw materials and being environmentally friendly.
After the order is placed, the component will be cured at 160-200 °C. The paint will crosslink thermally, forming a smooth, durable surface.
Available with epoxy resin, polyester or hybrid powder coatings in all RAL colours. Thin-coat powders achieve 30-50 µm — standard coatings between 40 and 250 µm.
Why powder coating the versatile choice.
All RAL colours
From subtle industrial grey to strong accent colours — complete design freedom.
Shock and scratch-resistant
Excellent mechanical load capacity and resistance to abrasion.
Chemically resistant
Resistant to acids, alkalis, and many solvents.
Environmentally friendly
Solvent-free, overspray recovery, low emissions.
Sheen and structure
Gloss, matte, satin, textured, metallic — freely selectable.
Duplex with KTL
Combined with KTL as a primer — maximum corrosion protection.
Where our powder coating convinced.
Mechanical engineering
Casings, coverings, components with high mechanical and optical requirements.
Automotive
Supply parts, rims, add-on parts — often in duplex combination with KTL primer.
Architecture & Construction
Facade parts, railings, aluminium profiles — UV and weather resistant.
