New incineration furnace with Heat recovery
KAISER is investing in a modern incineration furnace with heat recovery. Energy from the process flows back into the plant – a double win for efficiency and the environment.
KAISER is investing in a modern incineration oven with integrated heat recovery. The plant not only replaces existing capacities – it redefines the economic viability and sustainability of our coating process.
Energy that works twice
When burning off coating residues, high temperatures are generated. Instead of letting this heat escape unused, we channel it back into our factory circuit via an integrated heat exchanger — for the heating of the pre-treatment plants and the halls.
This is what the new oven brings
- Efficient combustion process with precise temperature control
- Heat recovery of over 70% of the process energy
- Noticeable reduction in natural gas consumption
- CO₂ savings as the next step in our sustainability strategy
- Higher availability for the cleaning and maintenance of our racks
Investment in the future
The acquisition is a clear commitment: we are strengthening our position as a reliable partner – and doing so in a way that makes economic and ecological sense.
